We provide  Maintenance cognitive stimulation therapy  in the New Apton Centre, Bishop's stortford, CM23 3SN. Wednesdays 1.30pm - 3pm, cost is £12

 MCST is  suitable for people living with mild to moderate dementia, or mild memory loss.

Debbie is also a qualified exercise to music instructor and trained circle dance for dementia facilitator, as well as a Belly dance and Bollywood Fitness instructor.  Please contact her on 07904 198309 to book a seated exercise to music class,  a circle dance for dementia session or Belly Dance entertainment in your day centre or care home.

We can also provide CST/MSCT sessions in residential homes.
