Cst.today is a 'not for profit' social enterprise, and we first opened our doors to the community in 2015 with an activity group for people living with mild to moderate dementia in Bishop's Stortford, due to the demand we opened other groups in Hoddesdon, Birchanger and a second group in Bishop's Stortford.
In 2020 as a result of the Covid - 19 pandemic we decided to move to individual CST sessions online.
In 2022 we opened Easy Seated Exercise to music classes in Hatfield Heath, and hope to expand to other areas soon.
From 2023 we now offer Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for people living with mild to moderate dementia in Bishop's Stortford on Wednesday afternoons at the New Apton Centre.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life in the older generation by combating loneliness, improving mental health and fitness . We are an inclusive organisation and welcome anyone who wishes to join our groups.
