We provide  Maintenance cognitive stimulation therapy  in the New Apton Centre, Bishop's stortford, CM23 3SN. 

 MCST is  suitable for people living with mild to moderate dementia, or mild memory loss.

Debbie is also a qualified exercise to music instructor and trained circle dance for dementia facilitator. Please contact her on 07904 198309 to book a seated exercise to music class, or a circle dance for dementia session, in your day centre or care home.

We can also provide CST/MSCT sessions in residential homes as well as Belly Dance entertainment in care homes, social clubs,  day centres etc.
