ENA Care Provide live in care supporting you at home and to enable you to live independently, an alternative to domiciliary care. A carer is allocated to you and lives with you at home, supporting your day to day needs.

CST Today is a small and friendly not-for-profit social enterprise whose main purpose is to enable people with dementia to live well and maintain independence whilst giving their carers time to relax

We also hold sessions in care homes please see 'Care Home Activities' above for more information.

Our group coordinator is a trained cognitive stimulation therapist and experienced dementia support group coordinator, as well as a qualified exercise to music instructor

Sessions in the community run from 10am to 3pm and consist of both physical and cognitive activities, including gentle exercise to music, singing, dancing, indoor bowls, as well as crosswords, arts and crafts, quizzes, word search, bingo and more. Half days are also available either 10am - 12.00pm or 1pm - 3pm. 

It's a great way to socialise, meet new friends and live well!

Refreshments included for the morning or afternoon sessions. A hot meal at Lunch time is included with our all day sessions in Bishops Stortford which run from 10 am - 3 pm
